Account connections are authorised through your own institution. Professional access is granted by you, scoped by you, and revocable by you.
Granting someone the ability to see your financial information never grants them the ability to move your money.
The public engagement system that powers this website is separated from the core financial database. This site holds no financial records.
This website never asks for your banking credentials.
This website never asks for card numbers, account numbers, or one-time passcodes.
Financial login happens only inside the protected Selfinancial application.
We do not publish a claim about licences, partners, speed, or savings that we cannot substantiate.
We do not present a roadmap capability as an available product.
Our claims policy
Trust in financial services is built by being accurate about what is real, not by sounding confident. That constraint shapes every page on this site.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this website or the Selfinancial platform, please write to security@selfinancial.co. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, and please do not test against other people's accounts.
Answers, not slogans
Not on this website, ever. Account connections are authorised through your institution's own Open Finance flow. If anything claiming to be Selfinancial asks for banking credentials by email or on a marketing page, it is not us.
Only what you permit: view the accounts and categories you share, comment, and prepare guidance. They cannot move your money, and you can withdraw their access at any time without asking them.
Regulatory status differs by country and by service. Where a regulated service is involved, we will state plainly which entity provides it and under which permissions, before you use it. We do not make blanket licensing claims.
Data-retention and deletion terms will be published in full alongside the product. We are not going to summarise them loosely here before they are final.
Ask us directly. We would rather answer a hard question than publish a soft claim.
